Lavoie Family Association

Welcome
The Lavoie name made its appearance in New France in the 17th century and was brought here by two settlers;
René De La Voye and Pierre De La Voye.

LAVOIE REUNION

12-13 September 2009
Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, QC.

In 2006 the Lavoie Family Association honored our ancestor René Delavoye at Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré with a commemorative bronze plaque and monument as well as renaming a street after him.

The 2009 theme is "Pierre, it's your turn" in order to commemorate the memory of this second ancestor to bear the family name of Lavoie.

It's with great pride that we invite you to take part in our annual Lavoie reunion.

This get together will take place in the enchanting village of St-Augustin-de-Desmaures (near Québec city), with a program of activities that will prove interesting and varied, and will be a wonderful opportunity to meet, exchange information, and mingle with a great number of Lavoies'... Don't miss this event!

We'll be receiving you with open arms. We hope to meet you there on the 12th September 2009 at St-Augustin-de-Desmaures!

To register simply fill out the registration form and make the cheque to the order of 'Association des Familles Lavoie'.
